Key hire terms at a glance
Deposit & payment
A deposit (typically 25–50%) secures your date, with the balance due before or on the day of delivery. No separate security deposit is taken.
ID for dry hire
New customers collecting equipment need valid photo ID and proof of address from the last 3 months matching the booking name.
Cancellations
More than 14 days before the event: usually a full refund of the balance (except summer months). Within 48–72 hours: generally charged at the full hire rate.
Insurance & safety
We hold comprehensive Public Liability Insurance and all electrical equipment is regularly PAT tested. Certificates on request.
